Scarborough knows Indian food. What it hasn’t had is one place that treats Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra and Telangana as the distinct, proud cuisines they are — cooked with the specific rice, the specific chilli, the specific hand each dish deserves.
That’s Indrabhavan. Not a buffet of everything, but a carefully set table where each region speaks in its own voice — and where a family can travel a thousand kilometres of coastline in a single meal.
